Order Cancellation by Customer:

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Cancellation Due to Incorrect Address:

  • We will reach out to you in such cases, but if we do not receive a response or if we are unable to correct the address in time, your order will be canceled, and you will receive a refund.

Cancellation Due to High RTO (Return to Origin) Areas:

  • If your delivery address is in a high-risk RTO area, we will contact you to confirm your availability and verify your address.
  • If we do not receive confirmation from you or if you fail to provide address proof when requested, we reserve the right to cancel your order to prevent unnecessary returns and shipping costs.
  • In such cases, a refund will be processed, but shipping fees may not be refundable.

Order Cancellation by Thedailyneed:

  • We reserve the right to cancel your order if it cannot be processed due to technical issues, payment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • If we cancel your order, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds:

  • If your order is canceled, a refund will be issued as per our refund policy. Please note that shipping fees may not be refundable in some cases, especially if the cancellation occurs after the order has been shipped or due to incorrect address issues.
  • Refunds for canceled orders are typically processed within 7-10 business days, depending on your payment method.
